Registration

All conference activities (talks, coffee breaks, round tables, lunches and social dinner) will be held in the College Santa Chiara.

The deadline for registration is 30 June 2008.

We offer the following three modalities of registration:

• Resident: Euro 450 (vat included). The fee includes: 5 nights accommodation at Santa Chiara College (from 7 to 12 Sept), 5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, coffee breaks, social dinner and conference material.
• Non Resident: Euro 200 (vat included). The fee includes: 4 lunches, coffee breaks, social dinner, conference material. In this case the participant must book his accommodation by himself. Since Siena is a popular tourist destination, you are strongly advised to book early in order to get accommodation in your preferred location and price range.
• Reduced fee: Euro 100 (vat included). The fee includes: 4 lunches, coffee breaks, social dinner, conference material. In this case we will provide cheap accommodation in a student residence to be paid separately by the participant. This option is only available for students or scholars from severely underfunded academic institutions. Those who apply for this reduced fee should also send an e-mail to organizers (latd2008 at unisi dot it) explicitly stating their situation.

We suggest the first option (Resident) as the most comfortable, since all conference activities will be held in Santa Chiara. However, as there is a limited number of rooms, we advise you to book as soon as possible. If you have any special requirements about your staying in Siena (accompanying person, different arrival or departure dates, etc) please contact the organizers at (latd2008 at unisi dot it)
